THE DEATHCLEAN® is currently the only accredited company in Portugal to intervene in the cleaning and disinfection of biological risk sites, working in accordance with the legislation applicable to interventions in risk sites, in compliance with Decree-Law No. 102-A/2020 (which makes the 2nd amendment to Decree-Law No. 84/97), as well as with Decree-Law No. 102-D/2020, which approves the General Waste Management Regime.

We highlight, in particular, article 117 of this last diploma, which regulates the Framework Law on Environmental Offences (Law no. 50/2006 and respective amendments), which defines the amounts of the applicable fines according to the severity of the environmental offences.Our main objective is to provide a quality service tailored to the needs of each client, treating each case as unique.

- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
- Specialized and certified training;
- Safety operating procedures.
- Issuance of electronic waste tracking guides (eGar) for the transport of infectious hazardous waste.
- That the responsibility for the waste belongs to the producer, who can only cease this responsibility when he resorts to a licensed entity, which assumes responsibility for the waste, giving it the appropriate legal direction;
- Fines associated with the incorrect classification and disposal of hazardous waste; this waste cannot be placed in the common waste container.
